| 摘 要： | 2008年金融危机爆发,全球石油需求下降,油价大幅下跌.在资金短缺和利润空间下降的压力下,石油公司逐步缩减了海洋油气上游投资,海洋钻井作业量大幅减少,从而导致许多浅水及中深水钻井平台闲置,日费率相应下降.同时,新一轮建造平台的高峰加剧了这种市场低迷的情况,并加快了平台的更新换代.随着油价的回升,各大石油公司加大了海洋油气上游投资的力度,浅海和中深海平台市场出现回暖的迹象.深水钻井平台受金融危机影响较小,市场需求一直保持旺盛.适合深水、超深水和极地等恶劣环境的钻井平台是未来海洋钻井平台市场发展的一个主要趋势.我国在这方面的钻井装备水平仍比较落后,适合深海和极地钻井平台的工艺技术仍处于起步阶段,应充分发挥后发优势,适时进入深海、超深海和极地油气勘探开发领域.
