摘    要:劳资关系的和谐稳定是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。当前,我国劳资关系总体上是健康稳定的,但也存在一些比较突出的矛盾和问题,由此引发了私营企业劳资矛盾频发,劳工权益受侵害的现象日益增多,成为制约构建和谐社会的重要因素。调整私营企业的劳资关系,关键是劳资关系协调机制的建立和完善。
