| 摘 要： | 客运交通事故占道路运输重大交通事故的七成以上,再加上摩托车迅猛增长的形势使玉林市道路交通安全面临着很大的压力。文中通过深入研究营运客车及摩托车驾驶员在各种环境下的行车与行走心理、特点和规律,并结合近年来营运客车与摩托车在各种条件下发生的交通事故案件,总结和分析研究不同情况下事故发生的规律以及目前安全管理的技术手段、方法和防范技能,在此基础上研究并构建营运客车与摩托车相撞防范体系,可有效防范和减少营运客车与摩托车相撞事故,降低事故死亡率、减少经济损失,有效遏制重、特大事故。
