| 摘 要： | 高新区是促进高新技术成果商品化、产业化的特殊区域,技术创新能力是影响其发展的关键因素,而技术创新环境的好坏又决定了技术创新能力的高低。首先剖析了高新区技术创新环境的构成因素,并在此基础上构建了高新区技术创新环境评价指标体系,然后引入未确知测度模型进行评价研究。最后,结合某高新区的具体实例,对该高新区技术创新环境的整体水平作出判别,分析其存在的问题并提出对策和建议。
