| 摘 要： | 企业是港口投融资活动的主要运作主体，企业最全面地参与了整个投融资过程，一方面通过融资过程从资本所有者那里取得资本的使用权，另一方面通过投资过程将资本使用在与港口相关的经济领域中，以期获得最大化的回报。企业在港口投融资中的主要角色是决策者和责任承担者，不仅是最直接的决策者，而且是最直接的受益者。因此，企业的行为策略一是合理选择资金来源，二是积极提高资金使用效率。
