| Abstract: | In recent years,there is an increasingly intense discussion on the phenomenon of State-owned enterprises forward and individual enterprise back .Particularly since two Congresses in 2010,the issue has caused a hot debate among the people more greatly.This article takes a systematic summary of the domestic academic research views to have a benefit to the understanding of State-owned enterprises forward and individual enterprise back and state-owned enterprise reform. |
