电力物资采购供应商管理评级及管理体系研究

摘    要:供应商是企业外部影响企业生产运作系统运行的最直接因素,也是保证企业产品的质量、价格、交货期和服务的关键要素之一。加强对供应商的开发与管理,不断密切与供应商的战略伙伴关系,不仅可以有效的降低物资采购成本,还可以增强企业的竞争力。本文以电力企业为例,针对电力物资采购过程中就与供应商之间的合作关系应怎样进行评级及管理提出几点个人的看法。

Power material purchasing supplier management rating and management system research
Abstract:Supplier soutside the enterprise affect the production and operation of the system running the most direct,but also to ensure that one of the key elements of the enterprise product quality,price,delivery and service.To strengthen the supplier development and management,and constantly work closely with suppliers and strategic partnership,not only can effectively reduce material purchase cost,also can enhance the enterprise the competitive ability.This paper taking the electric power enterprise asan example,this paper in the process of purch asing power materials and the relationship between suppliers should be how rating and management,putsforward several private view.
