| 摘 要： | 中小企业对于国民经济的发展发挥着越来越重要的作用，然而融资难却成为了严重制约我国中小企业发展的瓶颈之一。本文主要采用比较研究方法，对中关两国中小企业的融资政策、融资体系和融资结构等方面进行详细比较，得出了对解决我国中小企业融资困境的几点启示，从积极发挥政府的引导作用、构建信用担保体系等方面提出了改善我国中小企业融资困难的建议，以资借鉴。

| Abstract: | The small and medium enterprises(the SMEs)plays an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy. However,the lack of financing becomes a serious obstacle for the development of SMEs in China. In this paper,a comparative analysis is adopted,which refers to the United States SME financing policy,financing systems and financing aspects of the structure. Then,some suggestions ,which may solve the problem of SMEs financing in China,from playing a full role in the guidance of the government to establishing the credit guarantee system,is given. |
