| 摘 要： | 权力性影响力和非权力性影响力的作用是有区别的。非权力性影响力发挥着决定性的作用。它由品格因素、才能因素、知识因素、感情因素等构成。领导者管理效果的好坏,取决于是否具备优秀的品格、杰出的才能、丰硕的知识、真切的感情。
