| Abstract: | Chinese family business is facing the great challenge of development after the execution of the new labor law. The keys of promoting harmonious devolopment of family business are enhance the master＇s quality and raise the administrative ablity of the family business. At the same time, the trade union and the government are the roles of social balance for harmonious industrial relation. |
