摘    要:新劳动法背景下,中国家族企业的发展面临着巨大挑战.促进中国家族企业劳资关系和谐发展的关键在于进一步提高家族企业主素质、提升家族企业内部管理水平,还需要加强工会力量,发挥政府作用,以建立社会制衡。

Abstract:Chinese family business is facing the great challenge of development after the execution of the new labor law. The keys of promoting harmonious devolopment of family business are enhance the master's quality and raise the administrative ablity of the family business. At the same time, the trade union and the government are the roles of social balance for harmonious industrial relation.
