| 摘 要： | 气候变化及其带来的自然灾害风险已成为影响经济发展和金融安全稳定的重要因素。近年来,气候变化对实体经济的影响及导致的金融风险已成为世界主要国家金融监管部门关注的重点之一。本文在对气候变化与经济增长、气候变化与金融风险及其相关领域研究综述的基础上,分析了气候变化对实体经济的影响机理,并重点围绕气候变化对银行、保险等金融体系风险作用机理进行深入分析,提出做好应对气候变化导致金融风险的防控措施及建议。

| Abstract: | Climate change and its natural disaster risk have become important factors affecting economic development and financial security and stability.In recent years,the impact of climate change on the real economy and the financial risks caused by it have been one of the key concerns drown by the financial regulatory agencies of major countries in the world.Based on the review of research methods on climate change and economic growth,climate change and financial risks and other related fields,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of climate change on the real economy.The influencing mechanism of climate change on other financial system risk such as banking and insurance is focused.Also,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to properly prevent and control financial risks caused by the climate change. |
