| 摘 要： | 我国家电企业正在学习和借鉴先进的供应链管理经验,正在摸索适合企业现状与企业发展的供应链模式,并在当前阶段取得了一定的成效。为尽快形成家电供应链,应立足现实,积极倡导家电企业打破企业限制,强化家电上下游企业之间的合作与整体运作,避免可能面临的风险,同时采取必要的风险防范措施。

| Abstract: | In China household electrical appliances enterprise may benefit from the model of advanced experiences of SCM and the paper finds out the suitable supply chain pattern to those enterprises. This paper positively initiates the household electrical appliances enterprise should break the enterprise limits, strengthen the relationship between the downriver enterprise~ cooperation and the whole operation in order to form the household electrical appliances supply chain. It also points out the possible risks in this process. |
