地方政府在金融消费者权益保护工作中的地位与作用研究

现有研究文献对地方政府在金融消费者权益保护中的地位和作用的研究少之又少,而社会各界对地方政府在金融消费者权益保护中的地位和作用的认识普遍存在职责定位不清或者干脆认为职责可有可无的现象,导致地方政府在金融消费者权益保护中行为不力.本文基于社会稳定、经济发展的视角,提出地方政府在金融消费者权益保护中的地位和作用宜定位为“领导”、“管理”、“协调”、“监督”、“执法”十个字,以促进地方政府担负起保护金融消费者权益的任务.

Research on Local Governments＇ Status and Role in the Protection of Financial Consumers＇ Rights and Interests

s： Currently, there is little research literature on local governments＇ status and role in the protection of financial consumers＇ rights and interests. While the different social sectors have a common unclear understanding in the local governments＇ status and role in the protection of financial consumers＇ rights and interests, or simply think that it is dispensable. This leads to local governments＇ ineffective behavior. Based on the perspective of social stability and economic development, this article proposes the view that local governments＇ status and role in the protection of fi- nancial consumers＇ rights and interests should be positioned as these words： leadership, management, coordination, su- pervision and law enforcement, to promote local governments to take up the task of protecting the financial consumers＇ rights and interests duty-boundly.
