| 摘 要： | 根据我国战略性新兴产业发展现状与问题,对创新要素进行分类,阐述创新要素对战略性新兴产业发展的重要性,综述国内外创新要素有效供给相关研究。运用三维度分析框架,阐述战略性新兴产业发展阶段与创新动因。构建创新要素供给体系,通过分析供给体系中各种协同机制的作用方式及相互关系,设计了战略性新兴产业创新要素有效供给路径。

| Abstract: | In view of present situation and problems of strategic emerging industry developments in China ,classify innova-tion elements ,clarify the importance of innovation factors of the strategic emerging industry development ,review innova-tion factors of effective supply related research at home and abroad .Using the three dimension analysis framework ,inter-pret strategic emerging industry development phase ,the innovation motivation ;build innovation factor supply system ,by analyzing the working way of different types of coordination mechanism in supply system and their mutual relationships , design strategy path of strategic emerging industry innovation factor supply system . |
