区位、规模经济与技术创新活动的空间集聚

本文系统考察了我国技术创新活动的空间结构问题。分析结果表明：在经济转轨过程中，由良好的知识基础、研究与开发投入和激烈竞争的市场结构组成的区位条件赋予了广东、浙江等少数几个省份技术创新活动的初始优势，具有区位锁定效应的规模报酬递增导致了这些地区的技术创新活动在自我增强中成长，从而进一步推动了技术创新活动在地理上的集聚，这在一定程度上扩展了我们对技术进步的源泉和技术创新活动地区分布的认识，相应的政策建议对于提高国家的整体创新能力和促进地区间技术和经济活动的和谐发展具有十分重要的意义。

Location, the Economy of Scale and the Agglomeration of Innovation

This paper examines the Spatial distribution of innovation.It is found that innovation tends to agglomerate in such provinces as Guangdong,Zhejiang.
