建设工程造价信息的管理和应用探讨

随着工程量清单计价制度的实施,工程价格已经从政府指令性价格逐渐向市场定价转化。在工程造价管理改革不断深化的过程中,工程造价信息在工程建设中的作用也日趋明显。本文通过分析我国建设工程造价信息的收集、管理和应用中存在的不足,结合我国工程造价信息管理和应用的实际情况,提出了建立健全我国建设工程造价信息管理系统的措施。

Management and Application of Construction Cost Information

The project cost was regulated by government in the past decades,but it was determined gradually by the market follow the implementation of bill quantity of construction works.The information of project cost became more and more important in the construction works in the process of the reform of project cost management.In present paper,we discussed the collection,management and application of construction cost information in China,and proposed the potential approach for the improvement of construction cost information administration system.
