| 摘 要： | 家族企业理论在国内外的发展受到不同的综合背景影响,体现出不同的学科发展进程和特点,但国内外的华人家族企业仍存在一些共性。海外家族企业跟市场经济环境的适应和转型比国内更早,特别是特定法制背景下的公司治理模式特色值得研究和借鉴。总体上看,家族企业向更广社会资本的开放,以及结合社会文化与法律背景来改善家族制是家族企业实践和研究的发展趋势,这种趋势对于正处在二次创业和制度变迁过程中的国内民营企业和家族企业也有明显的借鉴意义。
