| 摘 要： | 文章运用经济学和管理学相关理论（包括交易费用理论、博弈论、核心竞争力理论）分析和讨论了制造业与物流业有机融合、联动发展的机理，并分析了安徽省物流业发展现状和存在的问题。以及制造业与物流业联动发展的现状和制约因素，最后，提出了安徽省制造业与物流业联动发展的策略建议。
