| 摘 要： | 成人高等学历教育面临生源不足、生源质量下降、人才培养模式混乱、财力物力投入不足、重复教学严重等问题。发展成人高等学历教育的现实选择是调整成人高等学历教育的办学思路，实现成人高等教育重心的转移，加强对成人高等学历教育的管理，充分利用现代信息技术和手段，实行学分制和弹性学制，提高成人高等学历教育收费标准，构建灵活开放的终身教育体系。

| Abstract: | The issues of adult high education are discussed in relation to lack of customers, decreasing of student＇ s quality, per- sonnel training mode confusion, inadequate resources, repeating the teaching and so on. The realistic choice of adult higher education development are to adjust thought of adult higher degree education, realize the transfer of adult higher education center of gravity, strengthen the management of adult higher education, make full use of modem information technology and means, practice the credit system and flexible, improve adult higher degree education fees, construct the flexible and open lifelong education system. |
