| 摘 要： | 物流是现代经济的重要组成部分,数字化时代下,物流企业运作模式不断转型升级,对人才提出了新的要求。分析数字化时代下企业对物流人才的需求,讨论高校物流专业教学改革的必要性,对具体的教改内容进行探索和设计,并对教改方案的实施提出策略建议。
