The Importance of Project Cost Management of Grid Construction Project

The progressive development of the electric power industry stimulates the market consumption, and promotes China＇s economic development, however, in the surface of the vanity of the society, for various reasons, the cost of electrical project is continuously raised, which seriously affect their health and stable development. This paper proposed a different mode of management and control methods, based on the different characteristics of different periods in the whole process of grid construction project cost control, and focused on clarifying the necessity and importance of cost management of grid construction project.
