| 摘 要： | 从现代医院财务管理的重要意义及工作目标出发,分析了目前医院财务管理工作的普遍问题及原因,并结合笔者的实际工作经验,提出了加强现代医院财务工作的具体措施,以做到确立财务管理在医院管理工作中的核心地位,实现市场经济下,医院经济效益与社会效益的最大化。
