摘    要:国际上普遍采用的股票期权激励制度系单边激励,将市场影响与经营者主观努力混为一谈,对经营者构成一定的财务负担,导致内部分配不公。我国应实行具有激励与约束有机结合,能体现经营者主观努力程度,使激励更具科学性、公平性、持续性的业绩———指数化股票期权激励模式,进而真正达到对管理层激励的目的

Defects and Improvements of Traditional Stock Option Incentive Model and the Improvements
Abstract:Abstracts: Stock option is a sort of incentive system, which has single side promoting, confuses market influence with operator effort, brings a few burdens, results in internal unfair allocation. We can not copy incentive mode of traditional stock option, but should carry out incentive mode of index stock option with scientific, fair and agelong performance, which can combine incentive function with restriction, and can reveal objective effort for operator.
