| 摘 要： | 新兴产业对产业转型和经济增长具有重要意义,其发展存在着明显的园区化特征。从高新区内要素的组织效应、企业的学习效应、产业的分工效应3个方面探讨了高新区对新兴产业的培育机理,并在此基础上分析了高新区对新兴产业培育的路径,具体是从要素孵化到企业的创业和创新,再到产业链和产业网络的形成。
