摘    要:素质教育包括知识素质、能力素质和专业素质三个方面。目前,在大学生素质教育的理论和实践中,人们较多重视知识层面的人文科学与自然科学的互渗融合,能力层面的实际操作,而专业个体性素质还是理论上的一个盲点。素质教育就该以人为本,根据学生精神个体性的不同趋势,对学生进行知识教育和能力训练。

Abstract:Education for all-round development includes knowledge,ability and professional qualities.People has mainly focused on the combination of liberal arts and natural science,and the practical abilities in the process of the theory and practice on the education for all-round development.The professional qualities,however,has theoretically been a weak point.Education for all-round development should be people-oriented and students should be instructed and receive training on professional knowledge and ability practice according to their different personality and characteristics.
