关于国企从竞争性领域退出问题的思考

从战略上调整国有经济布局和结构，是发挥国有经济主导作用的一项重要举措，也是调整和完善所有制结构的一项重要内容。然而，在我国国有企业从竞争性领域退出过程中出现了一些值得关注的问题，如国有资产流失；外资、民营企业承接困难；对员工合法权益的侵害及债务性负担过重等等。因此，我国国有经济的整体素质仍有待进一步提高。

A Thought on the State-Owned Enterprise's Exiting from the Competitive Field

It is very important to strategically adjust the distribution and structure of the national economy in order to let the national economy play a key role in the development of the economy in China. However, there are some questions that should be paid attention to during the courses in which the state-owned enterprises exit from the competitive fields such as the loss of the national resources, foreign investment, turning into private business, infringement of the legal rights of the workers and overload of the debts, etc. The quality of the entire national economy should be improved imperatively.
