论福建山区县域经济可持续发展与生态省建设

福建山区县域经济的可持续发展是生态省建设的重要保障。然而长期以来,福建山区经济发展基本上处在资源经济的轨道上运行,只重视资源,忽视了生态资本价值增长,特别是忽视了人力资本在经济发展中的重要作用,从而导致山区生态环境的破坏。据此认为福建山区经济的发展的思路必须从资源相对优势向竞争相对优势的转化并提出实现这一转化的初步建议。

The sustainable development of county's land economy of mountain of Fujian is the important guarantee of ecological province construction.But for a long time,the mountain area economic development of Fujian is in the track of resource economy.Paying attention to only economic development by resource,and ignoring the increase of ecological capital value,and especially ignoring the important function of capital of manpower in economic development,has caused destruction and deterioration of the ecological environment in the mountain area.Consume with resource and environmental upsurge of demand,Fujian mountain area development of economy get into a difficult position.So,the author think that Fujian mountain area must change the thought of developing economy from relative advantage of resource to competition relative of advantage and put forward preliminary suggestions.
