| Abstract: | The real estate industry is one of the important pillar industries in the national economy,and its development is very rapid.With the successive introduction of national policies on macro-control of the real estate industry,the competition among real estate enterprises is also gradually intensifying,which makes the development of many real estate projects face financial risks and capital pressure.Therefore,the real estate enterprises should combine with their own development situation,formulate the relevant system of effective control of key links in enterprise management work,so as to make the real estate enterprises achieve sustainable development. |
