| 摘 要： | 价值创造是实现商业银行价值最大化这一最终目标的必由之路。商业银行价值创造模式除反映收益创造能力外,还要考虑风险成本和资本成本调整。经济资本管理较好地平衡了风险、资本与收益之间的关系,能够同时作为控制风险和衡量业绩的基础,是一种以价值创造为目标的管理体系。

| Abstract: | Value creation is the only way to realize the final aim at value maximization of commercial bank.Besides reflecting the ability of creating income,the value creation pattern of commercial bank still needs to consider the cost adjustment of risk and capital.As Economical capital management preferably balances the relations between risk,capital and income,it can be taken as basic of risk control and performance measurement.So it is a management system aimed at value creation. |
