| Abstract: | This paper emphasizes the process of knowledge sharing in innovative team daily working,analyzes the definition and characteristics of innovative team,makes a clear understanding of how to establishing a innovative team through knowledge sharing,and discusses how to enhance its effectiveness of knowledge sharing from six aspects.Finally,this paper summarizes and refines seven success characteristics for innovative teams. |
