论完善社会主义市场经济体制的方向

总结改革开放的历史经验,必须坚持唯物史观。从科学发展的要求和实现社会主义现代化的目标来判断,目前我国出现了向上和向下两种对立的经济现象。产生向上现象的基本原因,是社会主义公有制经济为国民经济的发展打下了坚实的基础,利用了市场社会分工制度;产生向下现象的主要原因,是私营经济急剧膨胀,市场社会分工制度的自发性没有受到应有的控制。从中国现阶段的历史条件出发,可以认清,完善社会主义市场经济体制必须促进公有制与市场经济的高效结合,这就必须继续解放思想,突破把市场经济与公有制对立起来的传统观念,在实践中采取措施,创建、壮大新型公有制经济。
