| 摘 要： | 辅导员作为高等学校大学生思想政治教育工作的主要力量,已是高等学校教师队伍中的重要组成部分,辅导员综合素质的高低直接影响着高等学校学生工作的开展,关系到学生工作的质量和成败,这就要求辅导员必须加强自身修养,努力提高思想政治、职业道德、业务知识、综合能力和身心等方面的素质。
