| Abstract: | Value engineering is introduced in this paper, and discusses VE's application in optimizing design schemes. It can choose the optimal scheme and realize the maximum value of the scheme to calculate the coefficient of function, cost and value, quantify the indexes and estimate the size of value coefficient. |
