| 摘 要： | 要做到医疗质量持续改进,必须做到护理质量的持续改进,而要做到护理质量的持续改进,保障护理安全是重要前提,所以在工作中切实做到严把护理质量关,对工作中发现的安全隐患及时整改,对不合理的工作流程进行改造,尽量优化护理工作流程,有效的促进了护理质量的持续改进。
