| 摘 要： | 目的]探索如何准确并快速地进行水产品中沙门氏菌的血清学鉴定。方法]将经过VIDAS SLM初筛、API鉴定为沙门氏菌阳性的菌株按照国标方法进行血清学分型鉴定。结果]从9个水产品样品中分离出9株沙门氏菌，其中沙门氏菌B群3株、C1群4株、D群1株、其他群1株。结论]用沙门氏菌阳性菌株的营养肉汤增菌液的菌苔沉淀来进行血清学分型鉴定是一种很好的辅助方法，有助于提高沙门氏菌血清学鉴定的效率和准确性。
