| Abstract: | The exterior cost of transport includes cost of noises, air pollution, global warming, traffic jam, traffic accidents and etc. The article proposes a new set of calculation method adapting to the current situation of china by borrowing from the calculation methods and relevant results from home and abroad, and calculates part of the exterior cost. |
