我国地方金融管理的绩效评价与对策研究

近年来，我国地方性金融机构和地方政府的金融管理工作取得了长足进展，为支持地方经济发展做出了贡献。但是，地方金融管理也面临着政策博弈、隐性行政干预、管理效率低等一系列问题，影响了金融资源的有效配置，并造成风险隐患。本文分析了我国地方金融管理的主要特点，总结了地方政府行使金融管理职能中存在的问题和不足之处，并就如何改进地方金融管理工作，优化地区金融生态环境，防范地区金融风险等问题，提出了相应的对策建议。

Assessment and Countermeasures of Local Government's Financial Management

In accordance with financial system in China, local governments have local financial management responsibilities. In recent years, local financial institutions and financial management of local governments have made considerable progress, but at the same time, local financial management are also faced with some problems such as the policies game, administrative intervention, low efficiency of management, as well as potential risks. In this paper, author analyze the problems and deficiencies of local government＇s financial management, and make corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve local financial management, optimization of the regional financial ecological environment, and to prevent regional financial risks.
