| Abstract: | Overseas Chinese capital is an important part of the world economy.In recent years with the profound development of economic globalization and China's opening to the outside world,overseas Chinese capital,especially Chinese capital from(South)East Asia,comes to mainland China in succession,becomes the principal part of the actual use of FDI in mainland China and has enormously promoted the economic development of mainland China.The phases and characteristics of the direct investment of Chinese capital from(South) East Asia in mainland China have their peculiarities. |
