| 摘 要： | 清单计价实施11载,2013新规范将工程造价过程管理推进精细管理时代。如何做好清单计价,必须把握好关键环节,方能发挥清单计价的效率和优势。笔者总结清单计价的编制与实施中的经验教训,整理出清单计价的五个关键环节,并提出操作建议。

| Abstract: | List valuation has been implemented for 11 years, and the new specification in 2013 will promote the process management of engineering cost to fine management era. It＇s necessary to hold the key link to do well list valuation, which can play the efficiencies and advantages of list valuation. The author summarizes the preparation and experience and lessons in the implementation of list valuation, sorts out five key links of list valuation, and puts forward operation suggestions. |
