| 摘 要： | 海洋经济的可持续发展是我国国民经济高质量发展的必然要求。绿色债券在海洋经济领域的应用能够促进涉海企业的绿色转型，实现海洋经济的可持续发展。因此，明晰绿色债券的重要价值，探索影响绿色债券在海洋经济领域应用的因素，对于改善我国涉海企业融资难困境，推进我国国民经济高质量发展有重要理论和现实意义。本文使用演化博弈模型，分析了政府、涉海企业和金融机构在绿色债券应用于海洋经济领域的行为要素，为绿色债券广泛应用于海洋经济领域并促进海洋经济发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of marine economy is the inevitable requirement of high -quality development of national economy. The application of green bonds in the field of marine economy can promote the green transformation of sea -related enterprises and realize the sustainable development of marine economy. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the important value of green bonds and explore the factors influencing the application of green bonds in the field of marine economy to promote the high-quality development of China''s national economy. By using the evolutionary game model, this paper analyzes the behavior factors of the government, sea-related enterprises and financial institutions in the application of green bonds in the field of marine economy, and puts forward suggestions for the extensive application of green bonds in the field of marine economy and the promotion of the development of Marine economy. |
