| 摘 要： | 中国的国际贸易摩擦形势越来越严峻，特别是反倾销诉讼，中国企业如何采取策略应对和防范WTO贸易救济措施，是当前国际贸易研究中一个非常紧迫，有现实意义的课题。本文在阐明WTO有关规则和国际贸易与投资相关的基本原理的同时，提出了中国企业如何规避WTO贸易救济措施的方法，特别分析了出口型企业和有实力的企业的几种主要规避策略，指出应该采取走出去战略，积极在海外直接投资。
