| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国高等教育现代化改革,独立学院作为我国高等教育发展的一支新生力量,正应势而生并蓬勃发展。由于独立学院具有不同于其他高等院校的独特目标与要求,为保持独立学院在激烈的市场竞争中能持续健康发展,开展优秀教学团队建设是独立学院发展的重中之重,也是独立学院教育工作者需要研究的主要课题。
