| Abstract: | The problems existed in property right,financing,distribution and administration information of private-owned enterprise has become the bottleneck to hinder the development of enterprises.While through clearance of property right,building perfect internal control system,perfecting credit guarantee system and constructing management information will have guiding significance to reduce the incompetence of contract. |
