| 摘 要： | 运用背景变换分析方法分析了城市交通过度拥堵问题,从空间和时间角度进行了背景变换研究,提出解决城市交通过度拥堵问题需要从城市的良好发育及合理的空间扩展方面寻求答案.

| Abstract: | This paper mainly analyses the urban traffic over-congestion by changing background and studies background from space to time respectively.It points out that it needs to look for the answer from good growth of cities and rational spatial expansion to resolve the problem of the urban traffic over-congestion. |
