提高利用外资水平，加快广东服务业开放

本文采用实证与比较分析相结合的方法，通过调研获得第一手数据，首先分析了广东服务业利用外资的整体现状、外资进入对广东经济的影响及外资进入的影响因素，并以此为基础对电信、银行和物流三个对广东经济转型升级有着重要作用的行业进行深入分析，最后总结了广东服务业引进外资的经验和不足，提出进一步开放广东服务业的指导思想，即以体制改革的‘敢于先行’为主导，以忧患意识为动力，以推进服务业的市场化改革、创良好竞争环境为抓手，扩大优势、弥补劣势，重建广东在我国新一轮经济结构调整中的领先地位。

Improving the Utilization of Foreign Investment and Accelerating the Opening-up of Service Industry in Guangdong

With the empirical approaches of research survey, questionnaire, interview and comparison method, the authors of this article analyze the holistic situation of service industry in Guangdong and the Yangtze River Delta and make a detailed demonstration of three service sectors （telecom, bank and logistics） in the regions. After summing up the experience of foreign investment utilization of Guangdong, the article provides some practical guidelines for the further opening up of service industry in Guangdong. The measures include structural reforming, strengthening competition consciousness, employing the advantages of development to the full and so forth.
