副省级城市创新型城市建设比较研究——兼论大连市创新能力的成长与提升

以在我国城市体系和国家创新体系中占有重要地位的15个副省级城市为研究对象,通过构建科学、规范的评价指标体系,采用主客观相结合的评价方法,对样本城市的创新要素和能力进行了比较分析,揭示这些城市创新状况的共性与差异;并通过对大连的重点剖析,分析其创新型城市建设的优势与不足,针对其创新能力成长与提升的关键,提出了针对性的对策建议。

Comparison of Fifteen Vice-province Cities on the Innovation of Urban Construction
