| 摘 要： | 河北省高新区经过十几年的发展已初具规模,成为新的经济增长点。但是,在政策制度上同全国先进的高新区相 比,还有很大差距。本文在对河北省高新区政策环境分析评价的基础上,提出了营造高新区良好环境的措施和建议。 |

| Abstract: | Hebei provincial High - tech districts have had considerable scale with decades' development, and become the new economic development facts. However, there are still relatively great differences compared with the counterparts in other well - developed regions in China. Based on the analysis of the policy environment of the High - tech districts, the article gives some suggestions that build the better and sound environment for the districts. |
