国内外绿色食品研究的知识图谱分析

摘    要:通过运用文献计量软件CiteSpace,以中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)和Web of Science数据库中的绿色食品文献为研究对象,通过对研究机构、关键词共现和关键词突现的分析,总结1990—2020年国内外绿色食品研究的总体特征。结果表明:①在研究机构方面,国内外的绿色食品研究机构以高校为主。中国机构以哈尔滨商业大学、中国科学院和中国绿色食品发展中心为主,国外机构以丹麦的奥胡斯大学、哥本哈根大学以及德国的卡塞尔大学为主。②在研究热点方面,中国研究集中在绿色食品的营销方式以及土壤对绿色食品的影响研究等,而国外研究热点集中在绿色食品的食品安全、营养品质及相应消费者行为等。③在研究前沿方面,中国是研究土壤环境(主要是土壤中的重金属含量)对绿色食品的影响,国外则是企业的社会责任及品牌承诺对消费者购买绿色食品的影响,以及年轻消费者对绿色食品的购买意愿的研究等。

Abstract:The relevant research on green food has far reaching significance for promoting the high-quality development of Chinese green food industry.By using bibliometric software CiteSpace,this work takes the green food literatures in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science database as the research object,and summarizes the overall characteristics of green food research at home and abroad from 1990 to 2020 through the analysis of research institutions,keyword co-occurrence and keyword emergence.The results show that:①In terms of research institutions.Domestic and foreign green food research institutions are dominated by universities.Domestic institutions are Harbin University of Commerce,Chinese Academy of Sciences and China Green Food Development Center,while foreign institutions are Aarhus University and University of Copenhagen in Denmark and Kassel University in Germany.②In terms of research hotspots.Domestic research focuses on the marketing methods of green food and the impact of soil environment on green food.However,foreign research focuses on the food safety,nutritional quality and consumer behavior of green food.③In terms of research front.In China,the research focuses on the influence of heavy metal content in soil and soil environment on green food.In foreign countries,the research focuses on the influence of corporate social responsibility and brand commitment on consumers'purchase of green food and young consumers'purchase intention of green food.
