大学生就业指导中的思想政治理论课教学

我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和高校就业制度的改革,给大学生就业带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。大学生就业指导中的思想政治理论课教学应着眼于了解最新的就业形势,着眼于树立正确的择业观和就业观,着眼于提高良好的综合素质。但是,目前就业指导中思想政治理论课教学缺乏理论性、系统性,教学理论较守旧,教学模式较单调等,这就要求必须加以完善,以促进就业指导与思想政治理论课教学的有机结合。
