发展油田社区服务产业的思考

油田社区服务产业是油田社区服务体系的重要组成部分，它关系着油田社区经济的发展和服务质量、社区居民的生活水平和再就业、油田企业的稳定发展。我国油田社区服务产业经过市场经济的洗礼获得了显著的发展，但也出现了一些不容忽视的问题。目前，加快管理指导机制的改革、完善社区服务基础设施建设应成为促进我国油田社区服务产业发展的重点。

Services industry in oil-field community is an important component of its community service system. It is related to the quality of service of the oil-field communities and the community people＇s living standards as well as community＇s economic development, the community residents＇ re-employment and the oil companies＇ sustainable development. In China, the service industry in oil-field community developed quickly and significantly through the market economy. But there are also some disadvantages that can not be ignored. At present, speeding up the reform of the management and guidance mechanism, and improve the infrastructure of community services should be the focus of promoting the services industry in oil-field community in our country.
